There are certain restrictions that we do not allow you to post on your forum. We will not host any forums that promote, contain links to or provide instructions on any of the following content:

Prohibited Content:

Adult or Obscene material
Hacking, Piracy, Viruses, Warez or illegal mp3's
Depictions of Minors or Children (even minimal sexual context is not allowed)
Illegal Drugs or Terrorism
Invasion on privacy or the Impersonation of others
Derogatory, Slanderous, Racial or Explicit Material
Sharing of passwords or Serial Numbers
Spam or MLM
Harassment
Illegal Conduct of Any Sort

Other reasons for forum deletion include:

Intentionally moving or hiding the sponsor advertisement being shown on your forum.
If your forum is only being used for redirection of users to another site or forum.

Tampering with Advertisements:

If our system detects anyone placing any type of paid advertisements on their forum, it will result in immediate deletion of your forum without notice. This includes (text links, banners, buttons, pop-ups, pop-unders and exit-pops).

Boardspace.org has the right to cancel any of its services without prior notice. Boardspace.org will not be held responsible for any damages caused by the usage of its services or products. The software used by Boardspace.org is to be used at your own risk. Boardspace.org has the right to refuse our services to anyone.
